Caravan drop off

We would ideally like caravans to be dropped off on the morning of appointment as close to 8.30am as possible. Late arrivals can be easily accommodated please arrange this with reception in advance.

Caravan contents

Please ensure your caravan is completely empty of all personal items. Our engineer may refuse to work on a vehicle not suitable for practical health and safety working conditions. We will not require your step, corner steady brace or wheel brace. You may leave your gas cylinder and 230v cable in the caravan.

Please ensure your roof lockers and bed lockers are completely empty as we require access to all cupboards to carry out a body moisture test and visual inspection of plumbing.

Please ensure your toilet is clean and the holding tank is empty. Thank you.

Caravan Collections

When your caravan is ready to be collected we will call you to arrange a collection time. If your caravan cannot be collected on the day of repair please advise our reception of your collection plans.
